Four Wins for Faust Clients at the WhatHouse? Awards 2020

Friday 27th November marked the 40th annual WhatHouse? awards, celebrating the very best of new homes and housebuilders in Britain. Taking place virtually for the first time, Romesh Rangathan presented the prestigious awards – and we were thrilled to hear four of our clients had won in their respective categories.

Luxury housing developer Octagon Developments won Gold for Best Luxury House, recognised for Hampton Place, Surrey. Octagon was praised by the judges for creating an outstanding property, and adding to their hallmark of elegant design, immaculate finish, and understated luxury with its 32nd house on the prestigious Wentworth Estate.

A second Gold went to Housing Association L&Q, taking home the award for Best Starter Home Scheme with Parklands, Barking Riverside. A tightly fought category, Parklands edged the win for its collection of 227 apartments, duplexes and houses forming part of the 443-acre, 10,800 home site.

Awarded the Silver prize for Best Interior Design, Richstone Properties were honoured for their work at Holford House. Admired for a classic design that matches the superb architecture of the house, Holford House was rewarded for its timeless interiors creating a warming glow in the magnificent house.

Finally, Catalyst Housing were awarded the Silver prize for Housing Association of The Year. The judges commented on Catalyst’s success in maintaining a proper focus on delivering affordable housing, whilst recognising the Housing Association’s instinct for social good.

The virtual event was a huge success, and the Faust team are delighted with the fantastic client wins. A huge congratulation to all the well-deserved winners at this year’s event!
