I joined the Faust team on the 1st December 2016, not long after graduating from the University of Sheffield. I’m now coming up to three months at Faust, and what a three months it’s been! Happily, my role is very broad and has allowed me to tackle so many different aspects of PR; helping me learn plenty about the industry along the way. As an English graduate, I love all of the writing required in my job, and the challenge of adapting my writing style to suit different formats; from 140-character tweets to meaty press releases. I recently was given the opportunity to write two ‘advertorials’ for two different clients – this was a first for me, but I immensely enjoyed the creative freedom that came with writing the features and I already can’t wait to work on more pieces.
I’ve already started speaking to esteemed journalists, and have found it exciting to see our clients featured in prestigious national publications. I’m looking forward to further working with and getting to know our diverse range of clients, and continuing to expand my knowledge of PR, with the support of the lovely Faust team.
